Our Spa is located inside the Hilton Hotel at Polaris on the lobby level floor by the pool in gym. Spa parking is on the back right side of the hotel and it reads “Papillon Day Spa” across our doors.

Cancellation Policy: Knowing that your time is valuable, our cancellation policy is designed to give you flexibility. If the spa is notified 4 hours prior to scheduled service, there is no charge for changes or cancellations. If you cancel with less than 4 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the price of the service. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call at 614-436-6801.
